Introduction
President Barack Obama may have the possibility of becoming President of the United States of America, however at this point in time it is against the 22nd amendment to the Constitution. The 22nd amendment of the constitution was put into action after the death of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
President Franklin Delano Roosevelt was the only American who had been elected President for four terms. He died during his last term in office. After Roosevelt had died, the 22nd amendment was created because, politicians had decided that no President should have that much time in office. Each President should have a limited time in office. A limited amount of time in office, would limit the power of each President. Presidents, are Presidents and their power has limits that should be basically, limited. After all, the United States is a Democracy.

However, it is possible for Obama to stay in office, because he signed executive orders and has been using them more then any other President in history. One of those executive orders is EO 13603, which he signed on March 16,2012. Executive Order 13603 is the National Defense Preparedness. it gives the President power over many things in case of an emergency.
Perhaps there was an earthquake, the President would have the power to decide how much food people could buy, power over civil transport, as well as control over the military.
Under Executive Order 13603, Barack Obama can also stay in office as President of the United States if an emergency occurs. If an emergency occurs and Obama declares Martial Law, then he can stay in office as long as he wishes.
Under Martial Law no election is needed. Obama would have control over the military and every law in the country.
This has happened before
This is not the first time that members of Congress have tried to repeal the 22nd amendment.
The most recent was proposed is H.J. 15 which was proposed by Rep. Jose E Serrano of New York.

If passed by both houses of Congress, and ratified by three-fourths of State Legislatures, this would allow anyone to be President for as long as possible. However, this person would still have to be elected every four years.
Rep. Serrano has not only done this for Obama. He did this while former President Ronald Reagan was in office, as well as former President Bill Clinton was in office. Both of those Presidents were in favor of it, and both of those times it failed.
He has been trying to repeal the 22nd amendment since 1997. In fact he has attempted to repeal the 22nd amendment nine times, no matter who was in office.
However, none of these proposals, had even ever gotten close to Congress.
What Will Obama Do Next?
There has been so much going on that Obama is on a slippery slope, and seems to be going down hill pretty fast. He has made some pretty bad mistakes and has not been able to hide them.
1) Benghazi – To be honest, the author of this hub has read so many different versions of this one, I do not know which one is the most true. But, I will write about the one which is quite possibly the most true.
The UN Ambassador to the citizens of the United States of America that the attack was part of a street protest, instead of a terrorist attack. That is not true. It was a terrorist attack. The truth was not told to the citizens of the United States until it was exposed, because of a GOP Congressional Investigation.
2) IRS- The IRS has been targeting conservative political groups. The IRS stated that the high level officials knew nothing about it, and blamed it on low-level employees. The low-level employees that do the taxes of most Americans. It was only after being investigated, that a high level IRS official apologized for it.
3) Phone Tapping- The Associated Press had their phone records taken by the Department of Justice. That is interesting, why would the Department of Justice take away their phone records? The author of this hub does not believe they are trying to hide the identity of terrorists. Or the identity of anyone who has or is going to place a bomb in any location. So, why is the Department of Justice targeting the Associated Press?
Summary
At this point in time, there are people who feel Obama is going to declare Marshal Law in order to stay in power for as long as possible.
Some believe that the 22nd amendment will be repealed, and Obama will run for President in 2016.
Some believe Obama will not even try to run for President in 2016.
