Fort Smith, Arkansas – Resource Guide for Those in Need

Fort Smith is Not ALL Bad

In this article I have provided some community resources that exist around town to help the disadvantaged population of Fort Smith. The resources range from help with abuse, hunger, medical, dental, and clothing to just being able to have a place to go when it is hot outside and you have no home. My previous article, “Its Not Always Sunny in Fort Smith, Arkansas” was a look into the crime rate and how the city could prevent the crime around town. This article outlines the resources that are already available to residents of Fort Smith but it does not mean that the city should still not help out more with community development resources. After taking a look at the article you can see that a lot of the resources currently available are not run by the city and are private sector funded resources. Let us begin our exploration into this subject now.
